This brand new baby girl is here! Meet Harper June with the grooviest nursery you’ve ever seen. I couldn’t stop taking photos of this cutie pie - there were so many fun sentimental things like a family treasured blue baby buggy that was passed down through generations and a special woven basket and more. Kohlberg Family Session

I can’t believe how these kids have grown since I last saw them! Photographing the same families year after year is so fun to see how the families change and grow. I have had the pleasure of taking this family’s photos since before the littlest one was born!

The Espenschied Family Session

Sometimes family photos don’t go quite as you planned because your little ones have a mind of their own! These two kiddos are so adorable and wild. Billy took a bit to get warmed up to the idea to get his photo taken and smile and have fun and his big sister Clara just wanted to run around and be free. That’s OK! Keep in mind that for littles, it’s so strange to have some stranger want them to be still and sit here and smile and take their photo. That’s why I always like to bring in some fun, be silly and try to capture the most genuine moments I can. I think we had a pretty awesome session don’t you think?!

Fall Mini Session Favs!

I had so much fun photographing these mini sessions. This is just the first batch of photos. The weather was so unusually warm, but the sessions were as bright and cheerful as ever with all the wonderful smiles and memories made. I ended up rescheduling my Sunday sessions due to the weather being extremely warm so more sessions to come in November! Check out these favs from the weekend.

Cohen Maternity Session

We got caught in a little bit of rain, but it didn’t rain on their parade. A few years back I got to take photos of this fun couple and their family at their wedding day and now I’ve taken photos of their maternity session! They are expecting a baby boy, Jude. Can’t wait to meet him.

Natarajan Family

Back in the summer I took maternity photos of this lovely couple expecting their first baby! They were expecting a baby boy and on September 22nd Niam was born. He is so adorable. Welcome sweet Niam, your older doggy sister will be helping your parents and grandparents take good care of you. Check out photos from both sessions!

Emma

One of my very best friends had this sweet baby girl about 6 weeks ago! Little late on the post, but we had to wait till this little one was over being sick with RSV to get her photo shoot in, so glad she is healthy and growing now. She has the best big brother, Gavin, to help take care of her too. Check out a few favorites from her session!

Leo is 2!

Happy Birthday to my nephew Leo! This kid is so cute. He is sweet one minute and sour the next and isn’t afraid to show you his grumpy face. He loves reading and camping with his mama and dada. He’s gotta carry around his snacks with him and isn’t one to say no to any food offered. A huge fan of trucks, dinosaurs and trains and tries to keep up with his older cousins. This kid has my heart. Happy Birthday sweet boy!

Otto has arrived!

Liza turned ONE

This session has all the summer feels. We did this session about a month ago, but I haven’t had a chance to show off this cutie. Her cake and outfit and strawberries make the picture perfect combo. It makes me hungry just looking at those big juicy strawberries! I also couldn’t stop taking photos, Liza was just the best one year old model and rocked her photo shoot. Take a peek!

It's been a long time!

Hi Everyone,

Thank you for your patience while I took a bit of a hiatus with the blog and social media posts. I haven’t completely stopped doing photography, but it definitely took a position on the back burner.
With the birth of my son, Noah, in 2019 I decided to take maternity leave and a much-needed break from photography. Then as you all know, COVID-19 hit us all and we are still working through this pandemic.

I am very happy to say that taking a break was what I needed. I am now booking more sessions and taking on more new clients! Jason + Claire

These two lovebirds are getting married in April and I get to photograph their wedding! They are so great together, they have known each other since they were young! It was so fun to get to know Jason and Claire over their engagement session.

Miles is One!

Got to take this sweet boys newborn photos and 6 month photos and now his one year old photos! He just started learning to walk right before the photo session too! Such cute photos of an adorable little boy!

The Pettigrew Family

Cute family holiday photos of the Pettigrew Family! Emmerson was totally into doing photos, but her older brother Colton felt a little differently. With some convincing we pulled some great smiles from Colton and had some fun too!

Dylan + Allison

Check out this gorgeous fall traditional wedding of Dylan and Allison. They are the sweetest couple! We got so lucky with all the wonderful fall colors. The leaves were so vibrant that day. We had a blast photographing this wedding and being part of a great day.
