Winners of the Maplewood festival "Let Them Eat Art" 30 minute photo session giveaway! We met at a local park in the South City area. We were walking to a certain area of the park when we stumbled across this abandoned court. Such a great place to take photos! This family was so fun and easy going, plus had some pretty awesome shoes!

These two are my husband and I's good friends. I was honored to have the privilege to take their wedding photos. While I was in Kansas City, I was blessed to see an old college roommate and softball teammate. It had been quite a few years since we last saw each other. Now she and her husband have an adorable little girl! It's always great catching up with old friends!

We got up very early to do this special photo shoot! I love the light in these photos and we even got in a river! It all was worth it. Congratulations to these two expecting a little one.
As I was editing these photos today, I couldn't help but smile looking at the images. This session was lots of fun. You can just see the laughter and joy flowing from this family. I may be a bit biased since this is my sister Rachel and her husband and son. Still, loved shooting this family and I think the photos turned out pretty great too!
